Businesses
Clinic, studio, salon, café, hotel, gym — anywhere customers spend time in your air.
People choose where to go on exactly this basis.
If you've already made the effort — no plug-ins, unscented cleaning products, a staff policy — you're currently invisible to the people who'd travel across town for it. There is no way for them to find you and no way for you to say it credibly.
It also tends to be cheap. The single biggest factor is removing plug-in diffusers and HVAC scenting, which costs nothing.
Right of reply.
Any business in the registry can claim its listing and respond publicly to member reports. You can correct factual errors — address, category, ownership — and ask us to review reports that look retaliatory, fraudulent, or from a competitor. We investigate those, and we remove what shouldn't be there.
What you can't do is delete a member's account of their own visit. The right of reply is a right to answer, not a right to edit — and that line is what makes the rest of the registry worth reading.
Claiming your listing is free.
What if I'd rather not be listed at all?
Understandable. But a listing with no policy and no reply from you is the version where you have no voice in it.
The registry records where members were and weren't able to go. That's their experience to describe. What we can offer is that your side sits next to it, and that a genuinely fragrance-free operation gets recognised as one.
